About Me
Hi, I’m Phoebe!
I’m an independent Graphic Designer based in Austin, TX (for now). My passion lies in creating and elevating progressive brands who wish to push convention and challenge the norm in their industry. If we can thoughtfully center individuals, critically examine societal systems, contribute towards a healthier planet, and dream up a better world while doing so, even better.
I’ve been working in the field for the past handful of years with experience in-house, as part of an agency, and freelance. I am, at heart, a print and brand designer, currently exploring the realm of UI/UX. I am interested in the way that design can make the everyday that much more beautiful. I value reciprocity, empathy and problem-solving in my work.
I believe to be at your best creatively, you have to get out and actually do things. So while I’m not in meetings or mousing around in Photoshop, I’m out sipping an iced coffee, enjoying random human connection at Barton Springs, and reading a good book. I try to challenge myself frequently by observing and engaging in manual and organic “design” practices, finding new (to me) ways to experience the world, and figuring out how I can incorporate all this into my (primarily) digital work.
